Once you have that new CUIX file, load it as a partial customization file and add the toolbars you want to your workspace(s). I would recommend transferring the toolbars to a newly created CUIX file, that you would then backup/maintain/bring along to new releases. Loading the ACAD.cuix file as a partial customization file with the ACA.cuix file as the main is not recommended, due to duplications of contextual ribbon tabs between the two. (Yes, you could bring your old ACA.cuix file along, but then you would miss out on any new interface items added to the ACA.cuix in the new release). You could transfer them to the ACA.cuix file, but then you would need to do so each time you migrate to a new release. While I was out on vacation someone else used my computer (he has limited AutoCAD experience) and somehow the palette changed and now has tabs: Design, Annotation, Interiors, Roombook, and several others. If the toolbars you are using are out-of-the-box toolbars, or are customizations created in the ACAD.cuix file, then you are going to need to transfer them to another customization file. My tool palette was set on what I thought was default with tabs: Design, Walls, Doors, Windows, and a few others. If your undertones are mostly cool colors (green, blue, purple), choose a wall color palette of cool colors. If the two profiles use different main customization files, then the question becomes: where are the toolbars defined? The out-of-the-box ACA.cuix file has no toolbars. If your undertones are mostly warm colors (red, orange, yellow), choose a wall color palette of warm colors. We can create and integrate your product libraries inside AutoCAD in best possible way. AutoCAD Product Libraries were created in our company. Libraries are well organized on Tool Palettes, blocks are purged and objects organized on layers. Does it use the ACAD.cuix as the main customization file? The other profile sounds like one of the ACA profiles does it use the ACA.cuix as the main customization file? Download AutoCAD block libraries from manufacturers for free. Sounds like the profile with the toolbars is (or is similar to) the AutoCAD profile.
